Oliver was professional on the phone…..he had great customer care skills, he greets with a smile on the phone…..Oliver, Marlene and Ms Shirley were well attired….the uniform separates workers from patients…was extremely satisfied…. I was advice to come early morning because I had problems with work timing…. but Oliver gave a great instructions and went I came in the morning I never saw him but then I saw a young man saying hello to every patient, I asked him if it was him I spoke to on the phone …could improve on parking and also tech to communicate…
