Our staff is comprised of Radiologists (doctors), Radiographers, Sonographers, Transcriptionists, Front Office agents, Ancillary staff, ICT technicians, Accounting professionals and Management.
Our Radiologists review the images obtained by the Radiographers and Sonographers, then provide a written report for each examination. They also perform procedures such as biopsies and placement of nephrostomy tubes.
Our Front Office staff assists you by answering questions, scheduling appointments, registering you in our specialized Radiology Information System and preparing you for your procedure.
Their goal is to make your visit as brief and as pleasant as possible, so that you leave with a sense of satisfaction.
Our Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Department personnel are equipped with the technical knowledge and skills essential for our business. They are dedicated to ensuring that our hardware and software systems are current and properly maintained. They also develop and deploy features to clients and referring physicians that make it easier to receive reports and view images remotely.
Our administrative staff is comprised of our Transcriptionists, Accounting personnel, and Manager. The Transcriptionist listens to digital recordings from the Radiologists and types reports into our information system. Reports can then be printed for collection or sent via fax or e-mail to your doctor. Our Accounting department handles billing and insurance matters and our Manager oversees the day-to-day and strategic operations of the business.
Radiographers utilize x-rays to obtain images of the body using our digital x-ray, CT and mammography equipment.
Sonographers operate the ultrasound scanners, which use sound waves to create images of the body.
These skillful professionals all have a minimum of three years of specialized training, are certified and all pursue continuing education.
